Trompenburg Tuinen & Arboretum

In the city of Rotterdam Kralingen located near one of the most beautiful arboretums Netherlands - Trompenburg. Arboretum was created thanks to several landlords of Rotterdam, whose land adjoined to each other.

On six acres of garden is a great collection of plants brought from different parts around the globe: Dutch oaks and beeches, purple rhododendrons, cacti and succulents and other plants. Each bed is designated nameplate plants and their country of origin.

Here you can stroll along shady paths, streams go through the beautiful bridges and relax on benches, enjoying the silence. The park also has a vintage tea room where you can enjoy a refreshing drink made in the tradition of the Netherlands.

By Arboretum Trompenburg can be reached by any public transport that goes to the center of Rotterdam.
